The 2000Kg/hr (2 tons/hour) solar panel recycling device is a large-scale resource utilization equipment, targeting retired photovoltaic modules (crystalline silicon/thin film). Through the process of "physical disassembly+pyrolysis separation+precise sorting", it achieves efficient recycling of resources such as glass, aluminum, silicon wafers, precious metals, etc., while also considering environmental compliance and resource appreciation. It is suitable for photovoltaic power plant operation and maintenance enterprises, solid waste treatment institutions, or renewable resource enterprises to land. The following are the key points of core processes, equipment configuration, investment and operation, and implementation:
Complex structure: glass (70%+), aluminum frame (10-15%), silicon wafer (3-5%), EVA film (5-8%), backing plate (2-3%) tightly adhered, traditional manual disassembly has low efficiency (only 0.1 tons/hour), and recovery rate is less than 60%;
Environmental risks: High temperature combustion of EVA film generates VOCs, which can lead to glass breakage pollution and waste of silicon resources due to random disassembly;
Resource value loss: Silicon wafers (especially monocrystalline silicon), high-purity aluminum frames, and ultra white glass can be reused, but traditional processes have not fully recovered them.
Core process route (physics+low-temperature pyrolysis synergy):
Preprocessing → Precise Disassembly → Material Separation → Purification → Environmental Protection Treatment
Advantages: Silicon wafer recovery rate ≥ 95%, aluminum frame recovery rate ≥ 99%, glass recovery rate ≥ 98%, EVA film harmless treatment rate 100%, no secondary pollution.
