The 1500 kg/h (1.5 tons/h) PCB recycling plant is a medium-sized and above scale resource utilization project. Its core is to achieve efficient separation of metals (copper, gold, silver, palladium, etc.) and non metals (resin, glass fiber) through physical and optional chemical processes. It combines environmental compliance with high recycling value and is suitable for enterprises with stable raw material channels to land.
Core process and equipment configuration (1.5 tons/hour)
Adopting a physical closed-loop process of "disassembly → multi-stage crushing → composite sorting → environmental protection treatment", the metal recovery rate can reach over 99%, and the copper content of non-metallic powder is less than 1%.

Pre processing automatic disassembly line/dual axis shredder with a power of about 45kW, processing particle size of 3-5cm to dismantle large components, shred and reduce capacity, and protect subsequent equipment
The total power of the secondary crushing hammer crusher and turbine crusher is about 180kW, which is refined to 0.5-1cm to crush the material to a particle size suitable for sorting
The three-stage fine grinding machine (with water cooling) has a power of about 80kW and a particle size control of 0.1-0.3mm to ensure sufficient dissociation of metals and non metals
The sorting system combines airflow sorting, specific gravity sorting, and high-voltage electrostatic sorting, with a combined power of about 120kW and a sorting accuracy of ≥ 99%. It separates copper powder, precious metal concentrates, and resin glass fiber powder step by step
The total power of the environmental protection system bag dust removal+activated carbon adsorption+spray washing is about 45kW, and the dust emission is ≤ 10mg/m ³ for dust treatment VOCs, Meet standards such as GB 18485
Automated PLC control system+online monitoring/real-time monitoring of production capacity, energy consumption, emissions, reducing manual intervention

The total power of the 1.5 ton/hour line is about 470kW, covering an area of about 28m × 20m × 5m. The total weight of the equipment is about 190 tons, and auxiliary equipment such as belt conveyors, silos, and metal collection silos are required.


Capacity and material balance (operating for 10 hours per day)
Daily processing capacity: 15 tons; Monthly processing capacity (25 days): 375 tons; Annual processing capacity (300 days): 4500 tons
Typical material output (estimated based on ordinary PCB composition): about 20-25% copper (annual output of 900-1125 tons), precious metals (gold 0.03-0.08%, silver 0.3-0.5%, etc.), non-metallic powder about 70-75% (can be used to make building materials or fillers)
