Used to grading large density difference ore, such as: tungsten, tin, iron, manganese and chrome ore and colored metal, black metal ore with gold and rare metals, especially widely used in the manganese beneficiation area.
There’s a extra screen up to the working screen, in order to dispose material of the un uniform granularity. After the material was sent into the jig cave, the ore grain layered with specific gravity by the diaphragm’s agitation force. The thin and heavy ore grains are kept down into the diaphragm stores by the artificial bed particles. The thick and light ore grains are rushed at the discharge throat in end of the screen by the medium flow. The light ore grain overflows from front cave tail board to back cave and suffer the secondary jig since back cave is 30mm lower than front cave’s position. The tail board height can be adjusted according to the requirement, in order to control the row of ore, the concentrate in the store bucket output termly from the pipe.
to be divided into 4 types:
①The dynamic type diaphragm jig, adapt to dispose the thick or medium granularity material, the upper limit of grading granularity can reach to 12-18mm, widely used into the tungsten, tin ore dressing plant.
②Under the dynamic type cone diaphragm jig, usually used to grading the thin gangue and granularity less than 6mm.
③Lateral dynamic type diaphragm jig, is divided into trapezoidal washbox and rectangle jig. The capacity of trapezoidal washbox is large, reach to 15-30t/h, usually used to dispose the gangue less than 6mm. the rectangle jig can dispose the coarse grain of 20mm, also can dispose the smitham, capacity is 2-25t/h.
④Cone type jig, it can be thought that composed of element radial direction of trapezoidal surface, mainly fixed onto the sand excavation vessel to grade coarse ore. As its large of dispose capacity, feeding without rigorous grading, it was widely used for grading gulch-gold and stream tin.
