The XJK flotation machine can be used to separate the non-ferrous metal mineral, black metal mineral, precious metals mineral, as well as non-metallic mineral like as fluorite, talcum.
The structure devices of XJK flotation machine：pulp tank, agitation equipment, inflatable
device, discharging mineralized bubble device, motor and so on.
1. Pulp tank: It has pulp inlet, and gate device which adjust the pulp surface. It is mainly composed with tank welded by steel plate and the gate welded by plates with round steel.
2.Agitation equipment：It is used to mix mineral slurry and to prevent the ore deposits in the bottom of channel. It is mainly composed with a bet wheel, impeller, vertical axis etc. Impeller is made of wearable rubber.
3.Inflatable device: It is composed of connecting conduct and intake tube. When the impeller rotates, the negative pressure is generated in the impeller cavity, air through the hollow pump suction, dispersed and form bubble group in the pulp. The pulp with these large number of bubbles is rotating by impeller and is quickly thrown to the stator, further refining the bubble in pulp, to eliminate rotary motion of the pulp flow in flotation cell, micro bubble caused by a large number of vertical upward, to providing necessary condition for flotation process.
4.Discharging mineralized bubble device: This device scrape the foams floating on cell, mainly composed of motor which drives speed reducer, speed reducer drives the scraper.
When the floatation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with medicament, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with loam board.
