Product Presentation

Used for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotine, calcined ore, ilmenite etc. with granularity below 3mm, also used for deironing works of coal, non-metallic mine, building materials etc. Its magnetic system used of high quality ferrite material or combined with rare earth and magnetic steel, the surface magnetic strength is 100-600mT. We can offer different kinds of concurrent, semi-counter current, counter current equipments. It has the advantage of simple structure, large handle capacity, easy operation, easy maintain.

Features

1. Used for the coarse beneficiation of lean iron ore after first crush or secondary crush, to exclude barren rock of surrounding rock, grading up the quality, relieve the load of next procession.

Operating Principle

Due to the magnetic pole arrays alternately and fixed alongs to drum rotating direction, when the “flux linkage”rotates with the drum, it generates the magnetism stirring phenomenon as for the magnetic pole alternation, the non magnetic gangue fall off during the rotation, finally get the concentrate ore absorbed on the drum surface. The concentrate ore rotated with the drum, rotating to the least magnetic place, and discharged into the concentrate ore channel by the discharge water pipe washing flow force. If the magnetic roller is full of magnetic, using the brush roll for ore discharge. The non magnetic or weak magnetic ore i.e. tailing were remained into the pulp then output together.
